Swinging and Smiling

It was a bright, sunny morning. Arley woke up with a big smile on his face. Today was special because he was going to play golf in his backyard. He quickly finished his breakfast and put on his favorite hat.

Arley ran to his room and grabbed his tiny golf set. He loved the colorful clubs and the shiny golf balls. He carefully carried them to the backyard. His heart was filled with excitement.

In the backyard, Arley set up a small course. He placed the golf balls in a neat row. He positioned his club and took a deep breath. He was ready to swing!

Arley swung his club with all his might. The golf ball flew into the air. It landed just a few feet away, but Arley was thrilled. He clapped his hands and laughed.

Arley practiced his swings over and over. Each time, the ball went a little farther. He felt proud of his improvement. His laughter echoed through the backyard.
