A Special Sunday Morning
My Body is a temple
Anike woke up early on Sunday morning, excited to go to church with her Grandma. She loved spending time with her Grandma, who always had wonderful stories to tell. Anike put on her favorite dress and her shiny shoes. She felt special and ready for the day. Grandma smiled at her and said, 'You look beautiful, my dear.'

At church, Anike sat beside Grandma and listened to the pastor. He talked about how our bodies are temples, special places that we should take care of. Anike was curious and asked Grandma, 'What does that mean?' Grandma explained, 'It means we should love ourselves, take care of our health, and never compare ourselves to others.' Anike nodded, understanding the importance of the lesson.

After church, Grandma and Anike went for a walk in the park. Grandma told Anike, 'You are perfect just the way you are, just how God created you.' Anike felt happy hearing this and promised to always remember it. She decided to take care of her body by eating healthy and staying active. Anike also promised to be kind to herself and others.

That night, Anike thanked Grandma for the wonderful day and the important lesson. She felt proud of herself and her body. Anike knew that she was special and loved just the way she was. She drifted off to sleep with a smile, feeling grateful for her Grandma's wisdom. From that day on, Anike always remembered that her body was a temple, and she treated it with love and respect.
