Chapter 1: A New Friend

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Santara. She was nine years old and had long brown hair. Santara loved going to school and learning new things. One day, as she walked into her English class, she saw a new student named Kamil. Kamil was a seven-year-old boy with short brown hair. Santara smiled at him and said, 'Hello, my name is Santara. What's your name?' Kamil smiled back and replied, 'Hi Santara, my name is Kamil.' From that moment, they became good friends.

In their English class, their teacher, Mrs. Johnson, greeted the students with a warm smile. She said, 'Today, we are going to learn about colors in English.' Santara and Kamil were excited to learn something new. Mrs. Johnson showed them pictures of different colored objects and taught them the names of the colors. Santara and Kamil repeated the words after her, trying their best to pronounce them correctly. They had so much fun learning together.

After the English lesson, Santara and Kamil decided to practice what they had learned. They went to the school's playground and found colorful objects to name in English. Santara pointed at a red ball and said, 'This is a red ball.' Kamil pointed at a blue flower and said, 'That is a blue flower.' They laughed and cheered each other on as they practiced using the new English words they had learned.

One day, their teacher Mrs. Johnson organized a language game in class. She divided the students into teams and gave each team a set of flashcards with different objects on them. The teams had to take turns describing the objects in English, and the other team had to guess what they were talking about. Santara and Kamil were on the same team and worked together to describe the objects. They had so much fun playing the game and practicing their English skills.

Santara and Kamil loved reading books, so they decided to go to the library together. They searched for books in English and found some interesting ones. They sat down on a cozy bean bag and took turns reading aloud to each other. They discovered new words and learned how to use them in sentences. The library became their favorite place to explore the English language and expand their vocabulary.

The school organized an English fair, where students could showcase what they had learned. Santara and Kamil were excited to participate. They created a poster with colorful pictures and wrote sentences in English below each picture. At the fair, they proudly presented their poster to their friends and teachers. They felt proud of their hard work and how much they had learned in their English lessons.

One day, their teacher Mrs. Johnson announced that there would be a surprise English test. Santara and Kamil felt a little nervous but also confident in their abilities. They studied hard, reviewing all the words and sentences they had learned. When the day of the test arrived, they were prepared. They answered the questions with ease and felt proud of themselves for all the progress they had made in learning English.

After the test, Mrs. Johnson gathered the students and congratulated them on their hard work. She praised Santara and Kamil for their dedication and improvement in learning English. To celebrate their success, she organized a small party in the classroom. Santara and Kamil enjoyed delicious treats and received certificates for their achievements. They felt proud and happy, knowing that they had become successful English language learners.
