The Angry Outburst

Gayatri's Angry Day Out

Gayatri was having a bad day. She woke up late for school, missed the bus, and forgot her lunch at home. Everything seemed to be going wrong. When she finally got to school, she found out that she had a math test that she hadn't studied for. She felt so frustrated that she couldn't hold it in any longer and she burst into tears in the middle of the classroom.

After school, Gayatri decided to take a walk in the nearby park to clear her head. As she was walking, she noticed a man sitting on a tree branch, looking lost in thought. She approached him and they started talking. The man's name was Guy, and he was a student at the University of Michigan. He listened to Gayatri's problems and offered her some kind words of encouragement.

Guy told Gayatri that it's okay to feel angry sometimes, but it's important to find healthy ways to deal with those feelings. He suggested that she try taking deep breaths and counting to ten whenever she felt upset. He also reminded her that everyone has bad days, but they don't last forever. Gayatri felt a little better after talking to Guy and decided to give his advice a try.

As Gayatri walked home, she practiced taking deep breaths and counting to ten whenever she felt her anger rising. She found that it helped her calm down and feel more in control of her emotions. When she got home, she apologized to her family for her outburst earlier and they all hugged it out. From that day on, whenever she felt angry, she remembered Guy's advice and found that it always made her feel better.
