The Birthday Party
Freddy the Frog forgets his manners
Freddy the Frog was excited for his best friend's birthday party. He jumped all the way there, thinking about the cake and games. But once he arrived, he forgot to say 'hello' or 'thank you' for the invitation. His friend noticed but didn't say anything, hoping Freddy would remember his manners soon.

At school, Freddy grabbed a cookie from the lunch tray without waiting his turn. His teacher, Mrs. Owl, saw this and gently reminded him to say 'please' and 'thank you'. Freddy felt embarrassed but thankful for the reminder. He promised to be more mindful of his manners.

During dinner at home, Freddy burped loudly and didn't excuse himself. His parents looked at each other, then explained why it's important to be polite at the table. Freddy listened carefully and apologized, understanding that good manners show respect to others.

Freddy started to remember his manners everywhere he went. He said 'please' and 'thank you', waited his turn, and always apologized if he forgot. His friends and family noticed the change and were very proud of him. Freddy the Frog had become the most mannerly frog in the pond.
